Doyle Interior Systems recently completed a comprehensive fitout for Regus Serviced Office Space in Clonmel, working alongside Mulcahy Construction. Our team was tasked with creating a professional, high-performance environment that balances privacy with a modern, open feel. To achieve this, we installed our premium Omega double-glazed system to create sophisticated glass partition walls throughout the facility.
The Omega system features a 100 mm aluminium profile and 6.4 mm laminated safety glass. These glass partition walls provide an impressive acoustic rating of 43 dB, ensuring that private conversations remain confidential within the busy serviced office environment. For added functionality, we included integrated Venetian blinds between the glazing, giving tenants full control over their visual privacy. The project also featured a variety of door options, including full-height glazed doors and solid timber alternatives to suit different office requirements.
Beyond the workspace, we addressed the facility’s Washrooms by installing the Alsanit Persei system. These high-performance toilet cubicles are manufactured from High Pressure Laminate (HPL), a material chosen for its extreme durability and waterproof properties. The cubicles feature brushed stainless-steel fittings, gravity self-closing hinges, and ergonomic occupancy indicators. By combining these robust washroom solutions with our sleek glass partitions, we delivered a complete interior package that meets the highest corporate standards.
